Lesjofors Heavy Springs UK Limited has a dedicated, Core Values and Vision that should be always adhered to by all personnel.  PRIMARY ROLE Working as part of a small proactive finance team within the company by operating, maintaining, and developing the purchase and sales ledger functions. Relied upon to collate, process, analyse and report accurate and timely information within the deadlines of the monthly accounting cycles. Specific Duties and Responsibilities • The Purchase Ledger Role will continue the following tasks from the purchase order requests issued by the Procurement Team: o Vetting and setting up new suppliers on M3 o Maintaining supplier records on M3 o Register M3 PO Invoices direct into M3 o Confirm the correct goods have been received, match the GRN to the PO and mark as completed. o Match the inbound supplier invoice to the open PO’s ensuring all items, quantities and unit prices are correct. o Create and upload supplier invoice document to Medius including all supporting items to ensure the budget holder is able to make an informed decision over the invoice’s approval or decline. o Code invoices uploaded to Medius including VAT Analysis o Request and gather inbound supplier statements, reconciling them to the M3 transactions to ensure we have received and processed all documents. o Filing of all relevant documentation in the appropriate manner.• Assist the Sales Ledger Role in their duties. • Assist the Procurement Team in their duties. • Assist the wider Finance Team in their duties. Desired Qualifications, Experience & Attributes • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in an accounts environment or assisting with accounting processes. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • High level of accuracy • Organised individual, Organisation is key to this role. • Work well as part of a team.• Communicate clearly and effectively with both Finance and non-financial colleagues.
