You'll be responsible for maintaining high product quality, overseeing training programs, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production operations, focusing on safety, quality, people development, and cost control. Collaborate with department heads to enhance safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and optimise production efficiency. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, actively participating in procedural development and fostering accountability within the team. Uphold health and safety standards, conducting investigations, and promoting near-miss reporting.Qualifications: Experience in a food production ideal Proven people management skills. Strong understanding of English, both spoken and written. Experience in utilising root cause analysis and Lean methodologies.
