Finance Administrator

Working as part of the finance team of a charity-based service user you will ensure the income for the care homes is invoiced and collected in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties include;
Preparation of final accounts
Arranging direct debits
Monitoring debtors and insuring the information regarding the accounts are sent to managers
Running monthly reports
Completion of weekly, monthly and year end procedures


Skills
IT literate including MS office, Sage or similar
Experience of maintain spreadsheets
Confidence in dealing with queries and complaints

Desirable
Knowledge of social service funding
Knowledge of residential care
Accountancy qualifications
