My client on the outskirts of Truro is seeking a competent and efficient Hotel Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the hotel's front office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient communication between departments.As the office Manager you will be expected to manage the Hotels revenue, manage rates and occupancy, manage all online media presence as well as website amendments as well as being the face of the Front desk offering a warm welcome to new and returning guests and the day-to-day operations of the Hotel Reception including all Hotel bookings and billings.
