I am looking to recruit a pro active, and highly organised individual, who can undertake all office admin tasks that will facilitate the smooth running of a fast-growing business.
Working as part of a team you will ensure that both internal and external customers receive an excellent, prompt, and efficient service. You will be a keen problem solver and happy using your initiative to see tasks through to completion.
A large part of your role will include minuting of meetings which may be sensitive or formal and managing the associated paperwork.

Other duties include.
To schedule and organise formal and informal meetings and to ensure that they run smoothly and conform to the Company's governance arrangements whilst ensuring that the Senior Managers are well prepared for the meetings.
Maintaining spreadsheets and updating key information.
Deal with all enquiries for information, appointments, etc for both internal and external customers including reception duties if applicable
To maintain confidentiality and diplomacy in dealing with all issues some of which may be sensitive and to be aware of the importance and implications of handling such matters discreetly.
To be able to manage own workload's and work without supervision and as part of a team.
To be customer focussed and professional.
