Due to their continued success my client is now looking to expand their business with a customer focused sales professional who has a talent for seeking new business opportunities and thrives in a goal driven environment.
Sourcing new leads and cold calling to establish decision makers
Direct selling to new and existing customers by phone, email and face-to-face.
Providing support to sales managers as they deal with new enquiries and develop relationships with key customers.
Managing sales from first enquiry through to delivery of goods, ensuring high quality of print and production as well as good customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records on the customer relationship management system.
Keeping in regular contact with existing customers in order to develop new opportunities where possible.
Professional communication, presentation and writing skills
At least one year of experience in a tele-sales role and cold calling
Self-motivated with ability to create own leads
A superb phone manner and ability to develop solid business relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Time management skills.
Good IT skills including experience of using a CRM system
