Our client is looking for a motivated and driven Reception Manager to exceed guests" requests and expectations, maintain their high standards of hospitality, inspire a team with proactivity and an approachable personality.
As Reception Manager, your role will include the direct management of the reception team, preparation of rotas to ensure the delivery of exceptional front of house services in keeping with departmental budgets, attending weekly HOD meetings, staff recruitment, appraisals, development and disciplinary procedures.
Ensuring that all guests have a fabulous experience whilst at the hotel
Co-ordination, training and development of the reception team
Maximize sales opportunities and generate business for the future
To achieve sales in line with company objectives
Reinforced and promote Health & Safety
To be present and provide a focal point for our guests and team
To lead the team to create and maintain levels of service and cleanliness that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests
Exemplary accounting with cash handling, safe control, daily and weekly banking
