Property Manager Holiday Lets. Winners Recruitment are recruiting a Property Manager for a holiday lettings company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with clients and a growing portfolio of self-catering properties across the north of Cornwall. The team is enthusiastic, passionate about the company and services and they are situated in contemporary modern offices, with easy parking.
Your job as the Property Manager will be to manage properties for clients and ensure everything is ready for the guests. Working in the heart of the business you will organise and co-ordinate via email, telephone and supervise weekly housekeeping, changeovers, meeting and greeting at luxury properties, co-ordinating maintenance, undertaking administration in compliance with health and safety requirements and ordering supplies from suppliers.
The successful Property Manager will have hospitality or property management or relevant experience working in an office/team environment. You will need strong typing/processing skills, confidence with multi-screening computer work and quick to learn database packages and holiday booking software. You will also be a good understanding of technology to work the heating in the properties, remote controls for TV's and Wi-Fi etc for guests etc.
Due to the nature of the business there could be requirements to work paid overtime in the busy holiday periods, so flexibility is required. You will mostly work 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and Saturday shifts are required (every other Saturday with a day off in the week). It is essential you have a car and driving licence.
This is a permanent position with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience.
