A stunning luxury hotel and golf resort has a requirement for an experienced Executive Head Chef to join and manage their successful kitchen brigade.
They are looking for a dynamic multi-tasker with proven experience working within a quality hotel or restaurant serving the best AA Rosette standard food.
You must be able to take complete control of, and manage the brigade on a day to day basis.
We are looking for a real foodie who is passionate about seasonal produce and creating amazing dishes using local suppliers.
You must be able to achieve the margins set, stock control, ordering, menu planning, health and safety, staff training and progression, whilst also liaising with other members of the management team.
Working hours are 5 over 7, and will include a mixture of split shifts, straight shifts, evenings and weekends.
