An experienced Sous Chef is required to join a busy, fast paced kitchen in a luxury hotel in Newquay.
Using only locally sourced produce, you will ensure that standards are kept high at all times.
The right candidate will be capable to use initiative and be pro active as well as being passionate about food within a vibrant, hardworking team.
You will need to be confident with all aspects of the kitchen.
You will be a forward thinking chef who is looking for a new challenge and who is passionate about your work.
Working hours are 5 over 7 and include a mixture of evenings and weekends and breakfast shifts.
