I am now seeking an experienced sales manager for an award-winning textile and design client who have plans for their continued growth within the international marketplace.
The Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be accountable for all revenue generation. They will manage a small sales team accountable for existing customer retention & organic growth together with ensuring net new corporate customer acquisition.
Achievement of Company sales targets
Ownership of the sales and business development processes
Sales Pipeline Management & timely CRM data capture
Acquisition of new corporate customers
Retention & growth of existing customers
Ensuring an excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Management & Development of the Sales Team
Works closely with the marketing team to ensure sales collateral (e.g. case studies & testimonials) and drives the company's market positioning.
Key Performance Indicators
% achievement of company, team and individual sales targets
Adherence to pricing & profitability guidelines to ensure profitable growth
Existing customers - customer experience, customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, % organic growth
Net New customers - acquisition of new customers, # new corporate customers secured, participation of new vs total customers and % sales
