Property Management Administrator. Winners Recruitment are recruiting a Property Management Administrator to join our small and friendly administrative and customer services team based in Rock, Cornwall. You will be working in one of the most beautiful areas of Cornwall in an office that looks after stunning coastal holiday properties and there is plenty of potential for career development within the company.
The Property Management Administrator position is a varied role combining hospitality type property checks and property management related administration, assisting and supporting the Property Managers to deliver a high level of customer service to holiday guests and the property owners.
Your job will be to carry out weekly property checks to ensure everything is as it should be for our guests and property owners. Carry out changeover checks to ensure the standard of cleanliness is high, the beds have been made up as instructed and everything is in good working order. You will deal with any issues that arise and coordinate with the relevant suppliers, producing reports from our booking system for the Property Managers.
You will need to be a great administrator, producing and distributing quotes and invoices for the work carried out by our Property Maintenance Technician, ensuring property details on the booking system are up to date and communicating changes to the team. Other responsibilities will be to ensure property materials are up to date in the properties such as property information folders, user manuals, notices and marketing materials. Collating feedback from guest books and forms, responding to feedback and passing onto the relevant departments as well as the property owners. Dealing with damage deposit evidence, correspondence and repairs, organising the relevant health and safety checks to include PAT testing, fire risk assessments, boiler certification and insurance certification and compiling property inventories.
The successful Property Management Administrator will have excellent organisational and time management skills, hospitality and administrative experience is desirable but a can-do attitude is essential and a passion for great customer service at all times. You will be well presented to meet and greet clients, professional with an excellent telephone manner and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to multi-task, complaint handle and work under pressure.
In return you will get a permanent salary of circa £16,500 to £18,000 depending on skills and experience. Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. A driving licence and car is essential.
