Customer Services Administrator. Winners Recruitment require a Customer Services Administrator to work for a new opportunity in Rock, Cornwall.
Your job as the Customer Services Administrator will be to meet and greet customers, assisting with customer enquiries and all related customer administration and processing of orders. You will act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and deal with emails enquiries and bookings, helping with a variety of issues, complaints and taking payments.
You will need an excellent telephone manner, good word, excel and outlook IT skills and a positive and proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will be qualified to A'level standard or similar and have a driving licence. This is a permanent job with a salary of £16,500 to £18,500 depending on skills and experience. 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There is residential parking on a first come first served basis.
