Exciting new Sous Chef position available!

Surrounded by wooded banks and sloping fields, this is one of Cornwall's most breathtaking locations.

Eating and drinking is central to our client, where they serve seafood specialities alongside home-made pub classics. They have a 'farm to plate' philosophy meaning they want little or nothing to come between their clients and the produce they serve. Many of their oysters and shellfish are grown and harvested at the historic Duchy of Cornwall Oyster Farm, and their fish, crabs and lobsters come from local day boats.

The kitchen is in the charge of a strong, experienced Head Chef, who's menu is about locally sourced food, served simply.

They need someone who can head the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, and someone who can take direction when required.

This is a full time position and the working hours are 5 over 7.

Own transport required due to rural location.
