You will be responsible for processing quotes, orders and production to ensure timely accurate completion of sales.
You must be experienced in measuring fabrics, materials, re-upholstery and will need to be articulate with numbers in order to complete orders accurately. It is imperative you have excellent measuring skills as all products are bespoke and made to measure and you will be responsible for the final product.
You will be helping clients consider materials and cost according to their desired budget.
You will understand the client's needs and help develop the design concepts and establish final brief.
Development of existing client's relationships along with new business will be essential in this role.
Excellent communication skills are imperative as is the overseeing of quality control before delivery of goods to the client.
The applicant needs to be a team player as well as able to work on their own initiative and to use creative thinking.
Strong organisational and time management skills are essential together with a background in retail and interior design. You will also be required to be proficient in Excel, Word, Windows
Site visits will be necessary in this role to visit client's properties to obtain measurements, help create a vision and offer additional services.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an occasional Saturday. Working hours during the day can be flexible to suit client's availability. The company offer 28 days holiday per annum including Bank Holidays. The salary will be dependent upon experience and there will be performance - related bonus.
