This role will suit a Junior Sous or a Chef de Partie looking for the next step up.
Using locally sourced produce you will ensure that standards are kept high.
The right candidate will be capable to use initiative and be pro active as well as being passionate about food within a hardworking team. You will need to be confident with all aspects of the kitchen.
Fresh produce and sea food are key to the very attractive fine dinning menu.
Ideally, applicants should have experience of working in an award-winning team.
You will be a forward thinking chef who is looking for a new challenge and you will have be passionate about your work.
